The Court of Appeal of State of California, Second Appellate District, affirms the dismissal of all Claims against Rostow & Auster LLP’s Clients and awards Clients over $125,000 in attorneys’ fees and costs.

After getting plaintiff’s complaint dismissed within two months of the filing of plaintiff’s complaint, Rostow & Auster LLP represented its Client’s before the California Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, and was successful in obtaining a unanimous decision upholding the dismissal of plaintiff’s complaint and an order granting its Clients’ their attorneys’ fees and costs. Thereafter, Rostow & Auster LLP obtained an award of over $125,000 on behalf of its Client against plaintiff.
